Successfully completed over 100 project/business reviews and reported to the Executive team. Significant projects reviewed ranged from Water Treatment Plant (AU$388m) to Toll road project in Melbourne (AU$1.3b) and Tunnel project in Brisbane (AU$4.1b)
Implementation of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
Successful implementation of an ERP system for the Company with an annual turnover of AU$5b.
Change Management
Managed the merger of two sister companies into a new entity. Ensuring common systems and processes are established across Indonesia, Mongolia and African projects and Business unit offices.
Commercial Management
Developed and implemented the “Commercial Management” program including budgeting, cost management, forecasting and reporting through a series of workshops followed by a process of one on one mentoring and coaching sessions over a number of months.
Risk Management
Established and implemented the Risk Management Procedures and processes including conducting Risk Management training and workshops for both tender and project teams.
Setting Up of New Businesses
Established new Business Unit in India, based on the Company’s systems and procedures. The process of building the new business unit included managing the bid for several coal mines.
